Refunds and Financial Aid

Soccer Season Refund Policy.


Refunds will be offered when:

  • The child moves out of the McFarland area
  • There is not an age appropriate team available and your child does not want to play up at the next level


Refunds will not be offered when:

  • Your child changes their mind once registration is complete
  • Your child is not able to play due to an injury


Camp Refund Policy


  • 100% Refund: If cancellation and refund are requested 60 days or more before the start of the camp, you are eligible for a full refund of your registration fees.
  • 50% Refund: If cancellation and refund are requested within 60 days of the start of the camp, you are eligible for a partial refund equal to 50% of your registration fees.


Special Circumstances

For special circumstances, players can email info@mcfarlandsoccer.org to request a refund. The request will be taken to the McFarland Soccer Club (MSC) board and discussed at the next board meeting.



FINANCIAL AID PROGRAM


To ensure that every child has the opportunity to participate in our activities regardless of socioeconomic status, MSC offers financial aid:


Financial assistance ranges from 25% - 90% of total fees charged through the registration process. Uniform fees are separate.


Please complete the Financial Aid Form, and someone from MSC will be in touch within 2-3 weeks.


*Monies used to help families with costs will be raised by the club through volunteer buyout fees as well as fundraising efforts such as tournaments, summer camps, and concessions sales.
