The McFarland Soccer Club has been following the updates from The Wisconsin Department of Health Services regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus), MAYSA and WYSA.  Our top priority is the health and safety of our players and families.    Please see below for the most updated information we have regarding the soccer season.

Information from MAYSA:

All MAYSA league games will be suspended until at least April 30 due to the Coronavirus. MAYSA is working with clubs on details such as the reschedule window and will share those within the next several days.  League games for Spring may extend until mid July; tryout & offer dates will remain unchanged.

As we get closer to season kick off please expect more details on a "no handshake" policy.  We can exhibit good sportsmanship and respect for opponents & match officials in other ways, such as lining up and saying "good game" or exchanging  an "air high 5" -- no touching involved.  If your player is in other sports or playing soccer or futsal in other competitions you've probably already engaged in such practices.

More guidance and details are likely to be forthcoming as things evolve. We will do our best to communicate via team coaches & managers and club leaders as well as postings to our website.
