Side-by-Side Soccer (U6, U7, U8) - MSC’s Recreational Side-by-Side Soccer program is a player’s first experience with playing on a team, attending practices and playing in short, non-competitive games. Players in the Recreational Soccer Side-by-Side program will have one practice per week and eight games against other McFarland teams that all take place in McFarland over an eight week period in the fall and another eight week period in the spring. Teams are created by birth year so that children are building skills with peers of the same age.

• Teams typically hold 1 practice during the week

  • U6 Practice Monday or Tuesday

  • U7 Practice Wednesday or Thursday

  • U8 Practice Wednesday or Thursday

• $185 for the full year

• T-shirts are included in the registration fees. 

• Shin guards and socks are required to play but are not included in the fee.

• All Games are held at the McFarland Soccer Club Complex 

• Games consist of 4 quarters at 8 minutes each.

• The ball size is 3

• No goalies

• 4 v 4 (U8 plays 7v7 in Spring)

• No heading
