| Both coaches need to report the score to the scorer's table in the
tent area at the conclusion of each game |
| Tournament standings will be posted in the tent area |
| Trophies will be handed out in the tent area when all teams in the
bracket have finished play |
| Concessions will be available - coffee, doughnuts, hot dogs, cold
drinks, etc. |
